Boys Volleyball drops NEOBVL contest to Chardon

Berkshire’s boys volleyball team dropped a three-set match to Chardon on 4/14, falling 25-18, 25-23, 27-25.

The Badgers stayed within striking distance throughout the match and were especially close in the final two sets, extending the third set before Chardon closed out the sweep.

Danny Starr led Berkshire with four kills, while Scott Wendl added three. Ethan Miller, Roman Percic, Maddox Fuentes, and Ben Pleva also contributed offensively.

Berkshire was led in assists by Miller with seven, while Starr and Carson Jones each had two assists. Percic added one assist.

At the service line, the Badgers totaled 12 aces, led by Miller’s four. Jones finished with three aces, Wendl had two, and Percic, Starr, and Caleb Tiber each added one.

Defensively, Percic recorded six digs to lead Berkshire, while Miller added three and Jones had two. The Badgers also finished with two team blocks.
