Boys Volleyball defeats VASJ 3-0

Berkshire’s boys volleyball team earned a 3-0 win over Villa Angela-St. Joseph, taking the match 25-14, 25-19, 25-20.

Berkshire controlled the match throughout, finishing with 23 assists, 18 aces, 23 digs, and a .291 hitting percentage as a team.

Offensively, Danny Starr led the Badgers with 13 kills on 17 attempts, posting a .647 hitting percentage. Maddox Fuentes added five kills and hit .556, while the Badgers received additional contributions across the lineup.

Berkshire’s offense was directed by Ethan Miller, who totaled 20 assists.

At the service line, the Badgers were highly effective, recording 18 aces and finishing with a 93.2% serve percentage. Carson Jones and Scott Wendl each had five aces, while Starr and Miller added three apiece and Roman Percic contributed two.

Defensively, Percic led the team with eight digs, while Jones added six.
