Badgers Fall in Five-Set Match

Berkshire’s boys volleyball team dropped a five-set match after winning the first two sets before the NDCL rallied to take the final three.

The Badgers finished with 44 kills, 44 assists, 21 aces, and 55 digs as a team.

Offensively, Danny Starr led Berkshire with 14 kills, while Roman Percic added 10 and Maddox Fuentes contributed nine on an efficient .533 hitting percentage. Scott Wendl and Ethan Miller each added five kills.

Berkshire’s offense was directed by Ethan Miller, who recorded 35 assists, while Carson Jones and Roman Percic each added four assists.

At the service line, the Badgers totaled 21 aces, led by Danny Starr with seven. Carson Jones and Scott Wendl each added five aces, while Roman Percic contributed three.

Defensively, Carson Jones led the team with 17 digs, followed by Roman Percic with 14 and Danny Starr with 10 as Berkshire totaled 55 digs.

Berkshire also recorded four team blocks in the match.
